The doctors were good enough, but found getting through to them an ordeal that just wasn't worth it. It was a very common experience to not be able to get through or to wait in a que for 15 or more minutes before getting the receptionist, where you get to leave a message and wait until the end of the day or next to get a response. The environment is not a very friendly one, the rooms are miniscule - there often is not enough room for child, doctor and both parents, and the appointments have a sort of rushed feel to them. When we changed doctors due to a change in insurance, the new pediatrician's office was actually told a reason for leaving and letter from the parents was needed before releasing the immunization records (??!!) - despite being told a waiver was in hand and that those requirements were illegal. If your child has expensive medication sent from the insurance company for the nurses to inject, I would recommend keeping track of it. If you don't mind this kind of treatment, then use them.
