If you are looking for rude customer service, a misdiagnosis, and "Doctors" who treat their patients like narcotic seeking drug addicts this is the place for you.

My wife had severe wrist pain. Her primary physician prescribed vicodin (which barely provided any relief)

We went to see the "specialists" at Orthopedic Associates. The first doctor recommended a series of tests that we now know would have been unnecessary.

We assumed we had a bad experience with that specific doctor and requested another. The next appointment was a nightmare. The second doctor spent the entire appointment belittling us and defending the first doctor!

Mind you - we did not come with any complaints about the first doctor - we simply tried another doctor in hopes we would be treated more respectfully.

Luckily we found a different clinic that knows the meaning behind customer service and we couldn't be happier.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
