Unprofessional Conduct
While I was waiting, the ladies at the front desk went in the back room and were whispering and looking at me; they were gone for several minutes. When they came back later they gave me kind of funny looks. When I was checking out the receptionist kept calling me "hon".
they are available when you need them
I have been very pleased with the service that my dog has received from AVS. They are great not only for regular vet services (vaccines, flea and tick medicine...) but also made themselves available when my dog ate chocolate in the middle of the night and I wasn't sure what to do.
