Parthenon Restaurant is good
Nice little Italian restaaaurant. Fast service. You don't have to wait long at all for your fofod and the food is good.
Dockside Restaurant is ok
The food is decent but the prices are rather steep for what you get and for dining in western Ma as well
Thai Place is very good
This Thai place is really very good. You don't necessarily expect such a good Thai place in this area but they have great food and atmosphere
Thirsty Mind: good coffee
The thirsty mind is a great place to go for a cup of coffee. IT is very popular with the college students but it's a great place to hang out, read a book or just people watch.

Banjos, guitars and more
So I know about Downtown Sounds in Northampton but I wanted to rent a banjo and I live in Hartford and didn't want to drive all the way up. Emily has banjos for rent at decent prices.
Good prices, great service
My friend Ron and I were looking for a local bizness that had decent prices on mandolin strings. We heard about Emily's Violins from another store that didn't have the stuff we wanted. When I called, Emily herself answered the phone and we had a nice chat.
Violins, bows and great service
I needed to find a full size bow for my daughter's violin. Someone told me about Emily's Violins and when I called, they had what I needed at a great price. I'm very happy!
Restaurant
They are a excellent restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their Banquet Room is just right for a Wedding or Business Meeting or anytype of function. The staff is very Excellent.
Great Place
This is a fantastic place to go for breakfast. They are open early, food is good, service is fast and prices are very reasonable. I would definately recommend this restaurant.
