This place must be known for the beer. Out of a party of four only my daughter's chicken strips were good. My wife's brisket sandwich tasted like a salt lick, my pork pull was half fat, my son's pizza was over cooked to the point a 10 year old says, Its like a brick, dad., and our guests desert... Definitely caters to a young crowd. This is like a sports bar- lots of televisions around. There is usually live music on the weekends and a small dance floor. It is right across from Long Lake on the causeway, so if you sit outside for dinner, it is fun. Very casual- just like Maine.
It is especially fun to sit on the deck and watch the sun go down over Long Lake. The atmosphere is nice- a little upscale- so bring the inlaws when they are in town! good food, a little pricey. Fully stocked bar with some interesting local drinks- think blueberry martini!
I only go in the summer, but they feature great music- at least one great band a week. They have a fun open mike night. This is a really big tourist attraction and is interesting because it takes you through working locks- so you get to see how a lock works. I found it a little long and boring, so I would think first before taking really young kids, but a boat enthusiast would love it
I bought a kayak here and they were very helpful- they even brought me out to the back so I could try it first, which is really important, especially with a kayak. They had everything- so it was one stop shopping
I love this daycare, I am so glad that we found it. Tammy is such a great provider for the children, they are happy to come, and don't want to leave! The prices in today's economy is unbelievable. I highly recommend her to take care of anybody's child!
We took our grandchildren here to play miniature golf while vacationing. The course was pretty typical and the price was competitive with other miniature golf places.
This is a fun thing to do if you are in Naples. We took this paddle boat ride in the afternoon which takes you through the locks into Sebago Lake. They also offer sunset cruises.
