I don't know where these other reviewers ate, but it could not have been the Station Restaurant! This place is terrible. Over priced and gross food. I had a mushroom swiss burger....the mushrooms were the canned slimy ones. Just taken out of a can and heaped on a burger. NASTY! They don't ser... Read More
Wonderful excursion. Was a little disappointed that it was like driving in the mountains. Though beautiful, just thought there would be views from a train that you cannot get from a car. Road in closed car, open car, and ate in the dining car which was lots of fun. Susan www.borgosltd.com
Dr. Smith has a high opinion of himself and what he charges reflects that. Unfortunately, our recent bad experience with Bryson City Veterinary Clinic and those of our friends/neighbors we have talked to that have dealt with him find his pet care and personality to be sub-par. Other problems; non-carbonated Coke, stale bun, soggy french fries, rice pilaf that seemed to be made from a mix. T... Read More
We ate at Jimmy Mac's on April 30 at lunch and May 1 for Dinner. Great place to eat and the service was excellent. I would suggest that you go early. Standing room only on Friday night but it is worth the wait.
If you need ANYTHING for paddle sports, mountain biking, backpacking, hiking, or just chillin' outside, this is the place to go. Located right on the Nantahala river, they have canoe, kayak, raft, and bike rentals. This is one of the first main stops for thru hikers of the Appalachian Trail. T... Read More
Great little coffee shop located on the corner, just across from the depot. Good selection of coffees, teas, and pasteries. Only gourmet coffee shop in Bryson City.
It's pizza, it's hard to mess up. But Anthony's pizza is pretty good. The owner is from New York. Located right across from the train depot in Bryson City.
