This practice has a nurse that is "on-call" during the day. Don't waste your time. She'll call you back 10% of the time and then it will be hours later. The receptionist is rude and I have waited for 45 minutes before (with a baby) while the doctor must have been taking an extended lunch break. I am appalled by the services and charges of yellow dot..I have a new townhouse of less than 3 years..Twice in 3 years my unit has lost all of its freon, due to leaks, so they say?? While I agree the physician turnover is frustrating, I can't agree with the other complaints posted. I have always gotten a call back the same day....usually a nurse who is most helpful & professional. I have always been able to get an apointment the same day if I am sick.
