Impressed compared to all other facilities in the area!
Being considered a "gym" isnt the category the workout club should fall in. Being intimidated by most gyms I found this place very accomodating. Being paired up with a compatible trainer was great and thought I owed the compliment with 4 weeks of solid results! thank you.

i had to go in for a root canal. Ive never had one before, and was very nervous. Dr Salem came in right away and i didnt feel a thing. i was out the door in 45 minutes! the staff was very nice and helped me relax as best i could. i will be back! thank you. F. Johnson
