Yup they're bogus,they also told me to bring in my slow PC, I bring it in and 10 minuts later they want 300 to speed up my windows and anti virus. Worthless & Expensive
I have a constipated dog and took him to the VCA. 2 days and $2100 later I still have a very sick and very constipated dog.
