Responsive - Try to fix the problem
We've used Jacobs Brothers for two years. They have been honest. While the problem we have has been difficult, they have been responsive to get it fixed. Prices are fair.

Bad landlords
My friend had to break a lease because of a leaking ceiling that wasn't getting fixed. To add insult to the situation, they didn't return the deposit and actually evicted the remaining 3 tenants in the multi-family so they could tear it down a month after having to move out. Lousy landlords..

I think that the office Manager Barkley is great. She is always there when I have a question about my bill or treatment from the Dr. If it wasn't for Barkley I would not see the Drs at that practice. We love you Barkley!!!!
