it is just a small company
The person who answers the phone is the person who comes out and fixes your window. that is the kind of service that i am looking for. The plugged some holes and i was on my way!!

When i lived in Salem
I had to use them a number of times because i had animals that use to eat up the remote. They were very patient and always came out and re set a new remote so that i would not have to worry
