They have always been very friendly to me, They seem to be very knowledgeable and while they do try to up sell you on credit cards and tire plans they have never been pushy about anything, which is why i continue to go back

Heather Glen Apartments is pretty good
definitely not what the person underneath thinks. The place is safe, quiet, and all new office staff and new kitchen, bathroom. And oh yeah huge bedrooms. 18x15 and 15x12. I have lived there for awhile now and I think the complex is just fine.
