Old times
Not much to say about Reds except that you can still get an old time hair cut there one that will last you for a few weeks before the next one. Come sit in the chair and let the best cut your hair. I promise you will look like you got a hair cut.
Tex-Mex
For a small town this is a good Mexican Restaurant. Best thing on the menu is their taco salad, it comes with crisp lettace and just the right amount of toppings. Inexpensive too
Wonderful Vet
Randall Spencer is the most wonderful vet. He has helped our dogs and horses thru some very tramatic times and has one of our horses there now. He is kind, knowlegeable and truely a person that loves animals and it shows in how he helps them.
A great store
This is a wonderful little shop in Gilmer, Tx. They have a lot more to offer than just books though, they also have: jewelry, lots of gift items, coin collections, music, and dvds. I must say that the food is to die for. I've never had better mexican food! And the service was great! I loved the hosts especially they were so friendly.

Great place to buy arts and crafts made from others. Also, they had great craft classes that I participated in. Teachers were very knowledgable and crafty.
