Awesome
The Hen House Cafe isn't a really big place. Everything is homemade and it's wonderful. It's what I call down-home cooking. The desserts are to die for and the prices are very fair. The service is better than most places. If you are ever in the area, be sure to stop by for breakfast or lunch.
Great Baked Fish
I'm extremely picky with baked fish, and Suhmer's is very good. Good sized portions, cooked and seasoned just right. The crispy potato pancakes and chunky applesauce are great as well. Mollie S

Fish Fry
I enjoyed a great fish fry. The potato pancakes and applesauce, like everything, were homemade and original. I looked over the menu and there is a lot to choose from for other entrees as well, I would have a hard time deciding what to order!

the food was alright, but nothing too great. the staff was medocre. it was alright for place to eat when your just passing through and theres nothing else, but i dont think my family and i would plan a dinner trip there anytime soon.

I just love the people here and my dogs are so happy to spend time here. They treat our dogs beautifully, and Kirsten does a great job of the grooming. baked fish
My daughter and I had an enjoyable dinner of the special baked fish. It was marinated in a wine sauce that gave it great flavor! I will definitely try that again.

Stumblie Inn is now Suhmer's Saloon. New Ownership by the Suhm Family. Open every day at 11:00 for lunch in bar, full size restaurant upstairs, open 4:00 pm. on weekdays and 11:00 on weekends.
