After reading some of the reviews, I was leary of going to the Stage Stop. But go we went. I made a reservation for my wife and I. It took 30 minutes to seat us (as we were told). We used the time to enjoy a walk about the historic building and the upper floors.What a history!

The only really good thing about this resort is that it is the most decent place to ski in the Chicago area. Do not expect anything steeper than a black. Their double black dimond is just like a regular black. Equipment is alright, ski lifts are ok too. Really, if you do not want to spend hundred...
