I knew better than to ignore the tapping. So I was headed for a car show and tried to start the mustang to get her washed and buffed for the event and ran into some mechanical failure. I usually order parts online but didn't have time for delivery and lo and behold the local Autozones had what I needed and called another store for the one thing they didn't have on the shelf. They sent it over for me to pick up the next morning. I got the mustang purring again and made it to the show in time for photos.

Great service they do special orders, parts come in no time, great prices, there isn't anything bad to say about this place..whereever whenever you need anything, this is the place to go..Staff is so helpful

Since AutoZone opened its doors in Bridgeview I have no need to visit any other autoparts store. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They recognize frequent customers and I always get service with a smile. They take the time to explain things in detail which is helpful to car challenged people like myself. If there is a problem they make sure they correct it to the customers satisfaction, within reason. I have yet to be displeased with the service I receive and they have fair pricing.
PROS: helpful and knowledgeable staff with good pricing
CONS: not all parts stocked

I love this shop. The people are helpful and knowledgeable. I have a few problems with my car and anytime I go to this store, I get exactly what I need. I will pass other locations and other companies to go to this location.

I stopped by Autozone because my radiator was leaking. I talked to one of the workers and he suggested that I try some type of liquid product that stops leaks. It was a whole lot cheaper than a new radiator. It worked and I was thrilled. It's nice to go to a place where people actually know something about the products they sell.

I'm always impressed by the staff when I visit AutoZone in Cleveland. They are super friendly and very knowledgable. I've never had an item be out of stock and they always have what I need. The service is quick and they are friendly and helpful on the telephone. I highly recommend.

Autozone auto parts on south jones has a very
good selection of parts in stock at all times.
The staff are some of the best in las vegas and
the service is second to none.

This is by far the best Auto Zone I have ever visited. The staff was very helpful and answered every question i had about my car. Everything i needed was in stock and i didn't have to order any parts for another day. I will definitely go out of my way to visit this Auto Zone in the future.

Weve made several purchased at Autozone and never had a problem. Once we had a small issue with a product but a refund was given to us right away. They dont have the best customer service but they do have a great variety of items and most of the tie their products are in stock.

It is a good place to find some cheap parts for autos. The staff there are very nice and helpful, they will answer your question without any problem, and they will work with you until you are satisfied. Nice shop for auto parts.

Autozone has pretty much everything you could think of to need for your automobile. The store is organized well and makes it easy for anyone to find their way around. They are very helpful there and don't make you feel stupid for not knowing a lot about cars.

This store is fairly new in the Burien area, but the prices are extremely competitive. Waiting times can be a little longer than I'd like sometimes. Sales staff doesn't seem as knowledgeable as they should be, but 1/2 of the time they are much cheaper than the other auto parts stores. If cost is a concern shop here. If you really need expert help, shop elsewhere. (Or get your help elsewhere and buy your product here!) They may also end up hiring people who know what they are doing soon as well.

Terrific service, terrific prices. Top quality store with great employees. If I ever lost my job I would seriously apply to work here. The employees are so friendly and upbeat.
