My fiance and I went shopping for an engagement ring at Bailey Banks and Biddle in the Old Orchard shopping center. We just stopped in to check out styles of rings and to investigate finding a good, reliable, and honest jeweler from which to buy a ring. This was definitely not the place! To start, they were highly overpriced and didn't have much of a selection to fit our needs and style. But the worst part were the salesmen! They were pushy, to say the least. After we had tried on one ring and expressed that we "kind of" liked the style, the salesman asked if he could wrap it up for us! Um, NO! Needlesss to say, we walked out and never looked back. There are many other reputable jewelers out there. Stay away from BBB and their pushy salesmen.

What a fabulous store with the best selection of the best jewelry. The service is phenominal and it is in a wonderful location. It is a pricy store, but you get what you pay for!

To my surprise, it's not every jeweler that has the equipment to re-size a Swiss Army watch. I received my watch as a gift and needed it sized. After going to four different jewelry shops I was referred to BB&B. They sized my watch on the spot and sent me on my way free-of-charge.

i have 14k gold cream & sugar set. i would like to know how i can find out what they are worth. they are stouffers fine china from Bailey Banks&Biddle. they were a gift to my grandparents 50th anv. and i have the set for 62 years.

My husband and I went to the Bailey, Banks and Biddle in Shaumburg, IL and were treated so well. They treat their customers with great care and respect the time you may need to find what you are looking for. Their staff are very knowledeable about jewlery and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. This is by far one of the best places to buy elegant and lasting jewelry!
We loved going there and will continue to purchase more items from them.

Bad products sold and after sales service is rip off. Baume and Mercier watches are bad timepieces.The watch service guys charge exhorbitant prices and the watch went bad just after 1 year of purchase
