Aside from the silly clause of keeping $100 in your account I have a real issue with both the staff & practices of the bank itself. On every occasion I have had to deal with them other than making a deposit there has either been a wait which has been extended day by day because 'the computer says no' or the staff have failed to take or enter the correct information despite it being in front of their eyes. I shall be moving very soon!!!
