The finest place in which I have ever worked out. I have been a member longer than anyone else in the history of this still young (16+ years). It is a GYM as opposed to a health club/spa. It is always clean, well run, and lead by a first rate staff which is continually considerate and accomodating. I love this place. (I will miss more than anyone!)

Lots of people come in this place and it is a really big place and lots of fun too. i have came here and had fun for a month but then went to another gym near my house and this one I have to say is a good gym but I think it is expensive.Fun people and a great workout you will have here at Gold's.

Do yourself a favor and don't do business with Golds here or anywhere. There billing system is done by a separate company that tends to mess up billing more than not. The gym is falling apart every day whether it is the paint cracking off the ceiling or the machines that seem to work every other month. Finally, if you decide to end your contract, chances are you won't be able to get out. I even tried to pay the remaining balance to end my contract early and they won't do that. It's not like I wasn't going to pay the remaining contract, but they still won't do it? Makes absolutely no sense except they come out ahead no matter what. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Everyone, as far as trainers, front desk and daycare staff makes you feel like part of a family...sales staff has changed constantly in the short time I’ve been a member, so it is annoying dealing with different people, giving different answers to the same questions. If you go, don't ask for the manager about memberships (forgot his name, but big, husky bald guy with a gap in his front teeth), he didn’t know ANYTHING about sales, customer service, the gym or how to talk about anything but himself really! He went on and on about how he just came from another gym in Hawaii or some place like that, I just found it odd that he introduced himself to me as the sales manager, but he never talked to me about a membership at all, it wasn’t until some young girl he finally called, took over and showed me around and ended up selling me a membership. I’m usually so good with names, but again I must say I forget hers to, but again they change constantly. Front desk and trainers seem to stay pretty much the same and are all really nice and easy to deal with same with their day care. Gym must have had a remodel, because the outside looks old, but when you get inside everything is nice, new and up to date. I'm very happy (main sales guy and some sales staff excluded) with the gym! A lot of amenities, especially for what you pay, nice looking and VERY clean!

Group X Instructor on Tuesday evenings starts late and doesn't know her choreography. She doesn't have a clue how equipment works and turns music up so loud you cannot hear her over the music. She doesn't move with the music when she does remember the choregraphy. I have taken Body Pump all over in my travels and this teacher is the WORST! The room is always too hot. Body Combat, Body Step and Body Pump should be taken in cooler climate than this gym provides. RPM Bikes are old and run down. They do not take care of their clients. I quit and moved to a gym that provides 24hour care to their clients needs. ;-)

Spacious and clean. Nice equipment. I bought a membership 2 years ago, and have used it often. I do not like how packed LVAC is. Golds seems to have less traffic and more dedicated members.

When you walk in, there is a bar where you can order shakes. The gym is really quite big with so many machines to choose from. There is a room where they have fitness classes. They have an upstairs where the bike classes are held. The locker room is spacious and they have a sauna in the locker room as well. Did I mention they have tanning beds too?

I've been a member for about 3 years. The credit card they had on file for monthly auto payments expired and before I could tell them they tried to charge the card. It didn't go through and they notified me. I went to the gym the next day to give them the updated credit card info and they charged me a $20 fee because the charge didn't go through the first time! I spoke to the "manager" and she blew me off saying there's nothing she could do. That was after making me wait 30 minutes while she did everything else possible. Don't join! The equipment is outdated and the service is terrible.

I have everything I could possibly need to get into shape at this gym. The most important thing is that as you walk in, it always smells clean (not sweaty like other gyms) and it's well lit. Its lobby looks more like a hotel lobby than anything else (it's that clean and spacious). Off to the lobby there's a little "sitting area" with a TV and chairs, etc...where you can relax from the treadmills or whatever and grab a snack. I love the basketball rooms they have here (yes, ROOMS with basketball hoops). I've managed to sneak a soccer ball in there (it's a good area to practice penalty kicks :)...anyways, they also have nice martial arts programs, a GREAT weight room (girls, you'll love this. Spend 30 minutes here, and you'll notice more shapely calves, thighs, tummy, and most importantly, butt :). Try the RAC if you need a new gym. It's adult, senior, and teen friendly!

I've been to multiple Gold's Gyms and this is by far my favorite one. It's nice and spacious with a variety of activities. It never feels too crammed and the service is great.

The best feature about this Gold's Gym would be the womens only work out area. They offer classes to help stay in shape, such as aerobics and yoga. Childcare is provided. Gold's Gym doesnt require too much of a monetary investment and often has offers for a free trial membership. It is worth giving a try.
