Im very shaky when I go to a different stylist to get my hair cut. I had a Coupon from Jewel Food Store to use and I went to this Great Clips. I wear my hair short (military style) and its hard to get the fade and height right.
I went on a Saturday morn, right after opening. 1 person beat me.
I did not get to choose my stylist. I had my hair cut by a lady named Lupita. I told her not to be afraid and that I would work with her if she worked with me. I have learned that people are shy but if I start the yappin first they will loosen up.
Lupita was able to accomplish a great haircut for me. She worked with me to have my fade high up (kinda like a "Faux Hawk") She did great. I suggest that you get to this Great Clips and specify Lupita.

I have always been satisfied at this Great Clips! The salon is always clean and the stylists are professional. I have always received a great haircut and the prices are great! I recommend this Great Clips to all my friends.

Great Clips definitley isnt anything glamorous, but they get the job done. Its simple but quick. The only issue i had was the limitations on everything they can do. But they aren't bad.

The ladies at this Great Clips were amazing. We came in with very vague ideas and they did a good job at helping us with that. AND they helped us to donate our hair for Locks of Love, even sending it in for us. We had our toddlers with us too and they were wonderful with them as well just to make sure they were happy while we got our haircuts. Thanks Great Clips!

I have been to Great Clips several times and after having Kathy cut my hair I referred my daughter and several other people. They were as pleased as i was. I can gladly recommend Great Clips to anyone. And please don't forget to give these hardworkers a good tip. Remember, they are on their feet all day long! Yikes! That is not the job for me.

This salon has several coupons hanging around and makes it as low as 4.99-7.99 (Regular is 10) for a har cut and blow dry. Here are few locations from which you can get coupons:
1). Back of Shop Rite (1306 Centennial Avenue,Piscataway, NJ 08854) bills.
2). ValPak, Smart shopper mailers
There staff is helpful and cut your hair as you want.But they spray some "Live in" conditioner while cutting your hair...might want to avoid that if you are not open to all brands...my hair became rough after 1 day till i washed them.
Overall great value for money
PROS: Good hair cut at cheap price
CONS: Need to find coupon to make it a sweet deal.

Vey Nice & friendly staff. they have trained professionals in the salon. They maintain good cleanliness in the salon. and also provide clean & hygienic environment for their customers. Sometimes they offer good promotions for hair cut

I stopped by here on my way home from the grocery store. All I needed was a trim. The receptionist was very friendly and gave me a big smile when I walked in. I asked how long of a wait there was, and then the gentleman in the back said he could take me right away. He did a great job with my hair, and I would definetly recommend this shop.

I went to Great Clips for a trim. I am an African American with a bob. I was very nervous about letting just anyone cut my hair. I couldn't afford to go to another expensive salon so I walked in to Great Clips to try a trim. Victoria was my stylist. She turned my boring bob into a trendy introverted bob with lovely layers! I am so happy! Now I can rock a trendy hair cut for only $15!!!! If you are a perfectionist looking for a very clean cut....please ask for Victoria!!!!

They make a $15 cut feel like a much fancier experience! Great experienced stylists ... I have had my hair cut by more than one of them. Seem to care that I get what I want!
My hair is not easy, and they pull it off every time! Plus, I love the "no appointment" deal. I am in and out in ~15 minutes. Waits are mostly just a minute or two. I appreciate that they value my time.
PS, park in the parking lot behind Tully's right next to Great Clips! Plenty of spots, and easy to find. Very convenient!

Let's face it. Great clips is a cheap place to get a hair cut. I wasn't expecting very much the first time I went there for a hair cut but I was desperate. I was pleasantly surprised when the stylist did a better job than my regular stylist. And for about 1/3 the price. I've never made an appointment, yet I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes. And that was only when it was very busy. Not having to make an appointment AND the inexpensive price means that I go more often for trims. This keeps my hair looking better than ever.
PROS: No appointment, inexpensive, good stylists.
