I visited Lenscrafters for eyeglasses. The staff was very professional, but they were very busy and the wait time was long.
I did get my glasses repaired instead of a new purchase and the person helping me was honest enough to tell me what was needed, instead of just selling me something I really didn't need.
I would recommend this location. Be patient if they are busy. You will get great service.

Very helpful wonderful staff, ive worked with the 2 managers there and they are very sweet and know there stuff! the exam was very good i will be going back. i was in and out very quickly and i loved my glasses, great selection and people working there. made my shopping experience wonderful! Will be recommending Lens Crafters to everyone i know that needs an eye test or glasses!

I went here to get prescription sunglasses. They had a great selection and the sales reps were great at helping me find a pair that looked nice on me. I was even able to get my prescription glasses the same day!

What a great staff. I stop in one day coming from work because I had lost a screw in my glasses. They repaired my glasse right away. Everyone was kind and understanding.

I was excited to find this Lens Crafters so close to home. I used to drive to Cherry Creek Lens Crafters which had since closed. This particular store was pretty to look at, as was of course the Cherry Creek store, but the inventory was far less accommodating to the every man's pocket book. IT had of course all the high end selections but offered none of the in between. Even Cherry Creek offered bargains. I filled my prescription's elsewhere ending a long standing relationship with Lens Crafters.

They have a GREAT selection of glasses. I admit I am very picky and couldn't' t find glasses I liked anywhere. I actually found several pair that I couldn't decide between here!

If you have an appointment for an eye exam, expect it to start 30 minutes after scheduled. Just don't go in there with the mindset that it will be a fast appointment otherwise you'll be very frustrated. The people aren't mean, just severely understaffed I guess.

Was hesitant to get classes as a "chain" store, but had a great experience. The sales person was helpful and not pushy (but your mileage may vary). Better yet was the customer service of the manager, who extended the exchange window for the glasses they made for me without a fuss.

I recently used the optomotrist attached to the Lenscrafters store, ad subsequently purchased glasses from Lenscrafters. The person who helped me pick out my glasses was super helpful. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she kept with me for a long time, helping me determine what was best for my face. I've had great experiences with the product quality as well, for the price and convenience, you can't go wrong!
