I have no complaints except that they don't have a drive thru window. There's a dude that has been in there at the counter a while that really seems to like his job. My sister was in town this summer and really likes to hammer a poor sales person with all kinds of changes and substitution requests - I've seen her drive people nuts! Most of these fast food workers are so beaten down by the relentless monotony that they just want you to order pay and move along. This dude was more than happy to answer any and all her questions - I knew he was going to be able to handle her onslaught. I mentioned that to her afterward and she agreed he was remarkably pleasant and patient.
I'd love to know where this location ranks among those in this area. It is always buzzing and as I approach I can tell if it's too packed to be worth stopping.
Reason I ranked only satisfactory is because it's fried chicken, and although I am a somewhat regular customer, I know it is patently unhealthy and wish there was a better food choice in a largely minority neighborhood.
