To the anonymous poster-I actually worked here and had a great experience, I did not feel degraded at all.

This is a really neat store but the prices are way too much for a starving college student. They have some of the most creative gifts. And I like that you can taste some of the different foods that they carry.

Williams & Sonoma is a very good kitchen appliance store. You will find all kinds of new and old gadgets there. They carry pots, pans, cake pans, muffin pans, knives, all kinds of utensils, etc. You can even find fashionable decorating items for your dining room table. The prices are very high, but the quality is outstanding.

Everything you could ever need for your kitchen is here. Don't forget to bring your wallet as prices are high. Quality is top of the line too. Great samples and a fun store to spend a lot of time in.

This store is great fun to browse in. They have top of the line appliances, but also creative, hard to find products to solve common cooking challenges. I love their name brand cookbooks that focus on specific themes such as vegetables, breads or soups. As I am always looking for creative ways to prepare vegetables I use that book a great deal.
PROS: selection, variety, ideas, location
CONS: expensive

This Williams and Sonoma, located in the Market Commons in N. Arlington, proved and excellent place to take advantage of my friends' wedding registry. The sales staff was very helpful when I was looking for items on the list. The wrapping job they did was to die for! Fantastic...the wrapping made the gift look like it cost much more than I paid for it. They have great clearance items in the back....the bundt cakes are fantastic!
