My company requested on no less than 3 occasions to have our property delivered to our Huntsville facility. Every conversation was like they had never even heard from us. So we just sent a truck over to pick up our stuff. Our driver pulls up to the loading dock and says he needs to pick up our materials and the guys on their loading dock go get it and load the truck (the crates were wet?), they never asked for any confirmation of who we were or paper work?? We could have been anyone. And this is supposed to be a secure facility? Wide open docks with no one around, no authorization, no sign in....no longer our vendor
