The cashiers can't decide exactly whos job it is to get the mocha machine cleaned and running again. You ask one and she says a couple of hours; so you go back in 3 hours and it still doesn't work. That cashier says its up to the midnight crew! So you go back the next day 24 hours later and its not fixed. Talk to the 1st cashier and she says dont listen to the other guy hes a liar. Someone has to come in and clean them machine and fix it! What does it take to get a frozen Mocha!!!

EVERY TIME I have gone to this Huck's I have been treated like a steaming pile of dog manure by the staff. A couple of weeks ago I arrived at the drive-thru at 7:59 am and looking at the sign on the window, I then realized it didn't open until 8:00 am. No biggie, it was freezing and I decided to wait a minute. A couple of minutes later the clerk came to the window reprimanding me on my early arrival, no hello or anything just straight fattitude. On a previous occasion, a different clerk with a femullet misunderstood my order and got very upset when I asked for a different product. Now, I know working in a gas station probably isn't their dream job and if I had a mullet I would be upset too. But maybe it's time to consider a career that doesn't involve customer service? I will no longer be a patron at this gas station even though it is the most convenient location from my house. I recommend Casey's on Old Collinsville Road. The staff is very friendly and you won't be treated like a jerk.
