Needed a new change in my apartment, so i decided to have hardwood floors done. In with the new out with the old raggy carpets. Best decision i have made. absolutely love the new look. The Prime team was so great, and hard working.

Searched hard through Los Angeles to find the right flooring guys for my house. I get so weary looking for a contractor and always go with what people recommend to me. Prime Custom Hardwood Flooring came recommended by a good friend of mine. She used them to install hardwood floors in her house that still look gorgeous. I needed some repair and refinishing work. They are also quite great refinishers. Repair was done well and the stain color works out perfect for my house. I am really satisfied with the floors and with this company as a whole. Overall, it was a positive experience and I highly recommend the services.

I have worked with Prime Hardwood floors for 20 years and I will never use a different flooring company. In the past we have had them do installations and refinishing on our house and for our rentals. This time we had our floors sanded and re coated and refinished and they look just as good as new. Maybe even better. David and his team are such nice people and so fun to work with. I have known them since the first time he came to install my wood floors and I have never had any problem with him. We had prime re-do our floors. We ripped up the carpet in our house and found that there was pretty decent hardwood underneath. They sanded them and put that gloss shine on them. We used Prime for hardwood floor refinishing. The floors looked so dull and scratched and now the floors look beautiful and brand new. What a big difference the entire house looks so much better.

Prime hardwood did a few repairs and refinishing to our hardwood floors. We had some water damage by the refrigerator and sink. We had 3 quotes from other companies and Prime Hardwood was by far the best price. They also worked with my on the days I was available. Got my floors refinished by prime hardwood 3 days ago. We moved into our new hose and the floors looked like they were 500 years old. Prime really restored them and they look brand new.

We just moved into our new home and desired hardwood floors. We had carpet in the bedrooms and living room and tile in the kitchen and bathroom. We kept the kitchen and bathroom as tile but replaced all the carpet into hardwood. I hate carpet, I have always preferred Hardwood. Prime Custom did a wonderful job. I just wanted to send a note about our hardwood flooring installed by Prime Custom Hardwood Flooring over 2 years ago. We have young kids and two large dogs, we wanted to install hardwood flooring but we were worried about the scratches and how it may look after tear and wear. This floor is fantastic! two years later, the floor does resist scratching. But even when it does scratch, the scratches are barely noticeable because the floor is the same color all the way through. We could not be happier with our floor. I have recommended you to several people over the last couple of years.

Prime custom deserves 10 stars! We had really old wood floors in our home and didnt think they could be restored. Boy, was I wrong. Prime custom hardwood floor did such a great job.
