We just moved our family business into a commercial location. Our local rep was with us every step of the way. He provided prompt service and scheduling our installation was a breeze. Our installation technician, He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. His set up went smoothly and he explained the system to us clearly.

Its funny after reading peoples reviews of ADT and how they are not responsive or arent helpful. When most of the people on here signed up, sounds like they went with a 3rd party or dealer to have the alarm installed. I've had many come to my door and try to give me a system or sell me one. When you deal with the corp office its a far better experience. I so far have had nothing but positive time with ADT. They have been there when i needed them.

When our minivan was broken into in the middle of the day, we realized it was time to get a security system before someone got into our house and stole something more valuable or our kids were threatened. We didn??t realize that ADT offered video surveillance products too and we added a camera so that we could confirm that our teenagers got home safely after their school activities.

Its a so so company. Its not bad but its not good either. if this continues, they might lose all their customers. At the moment, I am contemplating whether I should continue their service or not.

Aside from that, their customer service representatives, installers, and technicians are all professionals. You will never have problems with ADT.

The ADT Quick connect system is easy to use and if fully monitored by ADT. The monitoring service will contact up to 3 keyholders if the quick connect system is set off. The quality of the components is very good and the installation was done by qualified ADT engineers. The installers talked us through using the system via the wireless keypad. The keypad has an LCD display so you know the state of the alarm at anyone time. I order my system online through a supplier offering free Argos vouchers so this made it an easy choice rather than ordering direct with ADT. Very pleased with the ADT quick connect and the service ADT supplied.

ADT you are the best! Thank you. No one would think bad with ADT because they are the best in this business. Thanks a lot of taking care of my new home. And my son told me that he was afraid when we first transfered in our new home, But when i called ADT for our alarm system, he now told me that he stay up all night playing without getting scared.

All of them are arrogant, insensitive, corrupt ADT employees that want your money only. They are asking only for a class action lawsuit. If we all discontinue with them they will have no one to rip -off. ADT you made the top of my list of the most hated companies!

ADT home security systems give you a peace of mind, lots of security systems company offered like this but delivered by few. In the case of an intrusion they are quick to inform us and the employees are professional and friendly as well. ADT offers the right package.

We had an ADT alarm system installed last month. Installation was done well and the alarm service is working perfect. We love the chime feature that lets us know when the kids are coming and going. I never thought I would come to rely on this system so quickly.
