.

The fairways were in "ok" condition as were the greens, but at least 1 sand trap / bunker looked (and played) more like wet cement. The course offered nothing like the stunning vistas of Desert Willow & Indian Wells. The greens fee here was $50 for 18 holes which is reasonable, but compared to Desert Willow (@ $40) and Indian Wells (@$60), Mission Hills should have been @ $35 a round, MAX. FYI we played here on 5/23/10 at twilight. We got the feeling that this resort course is either vastly over rated, or was at one time a great place to play but has been badly impacted by the economy.

Pros: Still Tryin' Ta Think......

Cons: Condition of fairways / bunkers / greens vs. greens fee
