been there twice. the first time the receptionist was rude...okay whatever. the second time we waited for over an hour to be seen until i complained. then 2 hours later, after doing an MRI, they were like "uh, we did the wrong one, opps sorry"!!! so my dad got someone else's MRI, both w/o and with being injected with contrast. totally unprofessional, awful place. never going back to their palm desert office, i'm going to their rancho mirage place from now on, and they do "look" like they know what's going on.
