The estimate I received was right on, and my car was delivered as promised. Actually a day early and it was even detailed. Would recommend Apex to anyone who needs body work.
5They did everything to expedite my claim and I am very happy with the way I was treated. My Mustang looks brand new and I am grateful to the guys at Apex
5Great Customer Service!! Got my car back before the holidays in perfect condition and I am a very satisfied with the way Bill kept me updated throughout the whole repairs.
5The dealership sent me to this place after some lady rear ended me two days after buying my car, I was in tears. I was just leaving the lot after getting my paperwork when the accident happened. These people were so nice, they let me just cry in their lobby. The lady in the front actually called my insurance company for me and helped me file my claim. I was able to pick up my car today so i could drive it back home for Thanksgiving with my family. I would have felt so dumb showing up without my brand new car even worse, with a car that had a bumper that was all banged up. Thank you to Bill, the guy was so empathetic to my situation. My car looks gorgeous.

I had no problem getting my estimate..but I am in Good Hands. The estimate was right on and few days in a rental now I am back in the saddle
4My insurance company sent me there. I found it to be an enjoyable experience. Bill kept me informed on my repairs and I got my car back sooner than promised.

the recepcionist at this place is very rude,I went for estimate and a white old guy came out very unfriendly and rude and did't give me an estimate because I did not have a claim number
1I was referred to Apex Auto Body from the Ford dealership in Huntington Beach and was very thankful they did! They handled me first class, they went every extra mile they could to make sure that I had a great experience! I would highly recommend them to family and friends!

My parked car was hit by someone on Saturday 3/06. Nationwide (my insurance company) told me to bring my car to Apex because it wass one of their "Blue Ribbon Repair Facilities". Man at shop was very rude. I told him I expected the paint to match perfectly, and he said that was unreasonable. Finally Monday, I got a call from Nationwide saying Apex was not confident that they would be able to match the paint to my standard, so they refused to work on the car. (Thank the Lord for that).
Basically Apex doesn't want customers who will be too picky about the results of their work. That's sad, but also funny when you think about it. This place is a total Insurance Company ran scam shop. Avoid.

UPDATE: Nationwide towed my car to a second repair facility, and now it has scratches on it that were NOT present when I dropped it off at Apex. I am soooo glad Nationwide sent my car here (sarcastically).

Avoid at all costs. They do not have high standards operation. I had to return to location 5 times before my car was acceptable-NOT good, but acceptable. Beware if they say dealer checked an issue. It has been less than 2 years and I am having many issues related to poorly performed repairs. Convertible top now splitting because it was adjusted improperly AT TIME OF REPAIR. Leaking window/road noise that was never present prior. Uneven tire wear from poor repair. Paint is now pealing from repaint areas. Headlight seal is causing hazing inside due to shoddy repair. It has been issue after issue. The have a lifetime guarantee, but I DON'T HAVE A LIFETIME TO KEEP BRINGING IT IN TO GET REPAIRED PROPERLY. No integrity..lots of talk about it, but actions/repair work speaks louder! Rude receptionist to add to already bad experience.

My friend's car had a minor collision which resulted in several scratches on the paint. Based on a recommendation, we came to the apex auto body and paint shop. The folks here did a great job and the car looked amazing after the paint job. Not only was the service great, the price they quoted was also quite reasonable.

My family has been using Apex's auto body repair for many years and we have never had a problem. The staff is helpful (though sometimes not very friendly). However, they have always have done a great job with repairs & the results are flawless. I would definitely recommend for auto body repair and paint work.
