Okay service, a little on the slow side, but the food was good. I've tried a couple different wraps here and all have been fine. I think it's a little pricey for the quality, but eh, I still go back.

They make good sandwiches with different ingredients like avocado and brie. Good but not irresistible.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER NEVER EAT HERE!!!!

I walked in and the place is basically in a dirty basement. i ordered a falafel roll up from this place. not only was the falafel ICE COLD but it was hard as a brick!!! It kinda resembled a dead squished breaded mous e. I had to pick out all the falafel and ended up with bread and hummus for seven dollars which I didnt even eat. BOO!!! Also, I ordered with my friend and the fat bald man behind the counter would NOT LET US PAY SEPERATLY!! Who is he to tell us how to pay?! Then we experienced exactly how rude he was to another customer. Some guy had called ahead for a sandwich and a calzone. when the dude walked in the fat bald guy started yelling at him that he called him many times and the customer did not pick up the phone (something about not being able to make tuna with mayo or something) so the customer said it was fine he would just take the calzone. the bald guy told him he didnt make it yet and that he " wouldnt need to wait long, just 15-20 mintues." What the heck is the point of calling ahead if you have to sit there and wait for the food anyway!? If fat man called him 20 minuts ago the calzome could have been ready by now! so the customer said he was not able to wait and then the bald guy started screeming " but I called you! this is your problem not my problem becasue you didnt pick up the phone!!" the customer fired back that he was on the T and obviosuly didnt have service underground.

obviously this fat bald mean man hasnt been in the country long enough to know what customer service is, OR how to make simple sandwiches!! (according to another review they cant make pizza either) He was rude to 3 customer in like 1.5 minutes!!! Please save yourself from a horrible experience and dont go here or let people you love go here either.

Pros: absolutly nothing

Cons: FOOD AND SERVICE

.

Having previously enjoyed take-out food from Ankara Cafe in the form of the vegetarian subs (most places make these rather plain, but Ankara does it right), chicken subs and shakes, I was content with Ankara in past times. However, that all changed recently when I ordered several Ankara pizzas for a party I threw.

Never before have I been offended by pizza.

Although it didn't directly insult my mother or pull down my pants in the schoolyard, it might as well have done so. To ruin a pizza is difficult - perhaps one hundred species of pizza have seen the likes of my taste buds over the years, all at least sharing part of the taste bell curve. Ankara's pizza, however, has it's own separate curve - lonely, near the origin of the graph, keeping company with black olive ice cream, warmed wilted spinach and corn flake stew, and aged milk.

Proclaiming, "Ankara doesn't specialize in pizza" doesn't make it right either. Like Michael Jordan playing on a (semi) pro baseball team, Ankara's pizza serves injustice to society [in the form of sloppy government extra oily cheese, depressing toppings and flat flavorless bread]. It isn't safe. It isn't nice.

It was the worst pizza I ever had.

The food there is not great, but descent.
The service is just horrible!
There is this ridiculous older guy, who always screams at people. I am aware about at least two cases when he was really rude to customers.
Once a friend of mine came there with a discount coupon, and this guy not only refused to take it (even though the coupon was valid!), but tore it apart and screamed at my friend.
Another time he kept shouting at this one guy who just asked if the kind of food that they served there was Turkish! After that it took him forever to serve this guy -- he served people who were after him first.

Frankly speaking, this place has the worst service that I've ever seen, so I would never go there!

The service is really poor.
People there are very often rude to customers -- that happen to a couple of my friends and to me.
Also, be prepared to wait a long time before you get your order.

Took 2 hours to deliver (when I ordered at 3 pm on a wednesday)!! Then the food was really awful and the delivery guy was soooo rude. Definitely would not recommend. P.S. They're pressed "paninis" are really small sandwiches.

This store is run by a rather disgruntled middle eastern man who loves the college kids for their money, but continues to be rude and rip them off. Great frozen yogurt, but line moves slowly on the weekends. Always crowded. Go for the yogurt, but ask him to hold the side of attitude!
