This clinic is great and will take your pet in no matter the time of day or emergency. After hours regular visits no problem which really help when you cannot take time off your job.

I had made an appointment for my rabbit which they failed to put in the computer and was therefore forced to do a "drop off". This essentially means that I would not be able to discuss her problems with the doctor. I was sure to write her history and current symptoms down which they promptly ignored and did several unnecessary (and extremely stressful) procedures without consulting me. She almost died as a result. Thank goodness I had some of the medication left from when we saw a proper exotics vet!

My dog, Flea, was treated for heartworms at this facility a couple of years ago. I was really impressed by how caring and compassionate the vets were. They fixed him up great, plus, they offer a wide range of services. If I lived closer, I'd consider taking my dogs there all the time.

PROS: Compassionate care. Easy to get to.
CONS: Too far from where I live!

Dr. Hall and Dr. Joyce are great equine vets.

The small animal clinic is also wonderful, Ive had to use them twice in emergency situations with two my bird dogs. Both these boys are alot to handle as big strong high energy field trial dogs. I was very impressed with the way they dealt with them and their willingness to board them on short notice.

This animal hospital does it all, from birds to horses, boarding, pet day care, grooming and so on. I had to leave my diabetic cat for 3 weeks to go to school right after I relocated to Virginia and this place was recommended to me. They were very helpful in taking a geriatric animal who needs insulin shots on short notice. Several other vets I had contacted wanted no parts of such a high-maintenance client. The office is spacious and clean. The boarding area is very airy and the cat cages are multi level which lets them put litter on one level and food and water on another. This reduces stress for cats. And cats and dogs are in seperate areas. They also encouraged me to call daily for reports, where some other places I have boarded her at seemed very put-out when I would call.

PROS: professional.
CONS:
