I got my hair cut at RZ and company. The girl who cut my hair was really rude as I was trying to show her pictures and explain what I wanted. I think she was in a hurry. She cut my hair and did a lousy job. I left, too stunned to say anything. After my horrible experience here, I sent a letter to the owner, detailing my experience. To my surprise, the stylist herself called me on the phone and totally bitched me out. I will never, ever set foot in this place again. I don't mind paying for a good haircut, but I don't think you'll get one here. I certainly didn't.

I have been getting my hair cut at R Z for about 3 years now, and i have always been incredibly happy with the job they do. One of the things i like best about this establishment is that there is a no tipping policy. Tipping is often uncomfortable for me, and i never know how much to tip, so not having to worry about it is a relief. the hair cuts are also reasonably priced (but not cheap).
The hair dressers are ranked by levels, and the introductory level stylists are less expensive. I started seeing an entry level stylist (which I recommend for new patrons), but as she has worked there longer, her price has gone up from about $26 to $36 in roughly 2.5 years. There is also a charge for the first time consultation thats about $2 on top of the hair-cut price.
RZ also offers massages, nails, makeup and other salon services which are also performed by ranked employees.
