The doctors take good care of my animals. The location of the office is pretty accessible and the pets don't mind going there at all.

Apple Valley Veterinary Clinic does a great job of scheduling you and making sure you and your pet are seen. It doesn't take long to see the vet. There have been times that I have called and had something wrong and they have gotten me in the same day!

I recently purchased a Boston terrier from a local pet store close to apple valley clinic.When i called there to make an appointment for vaccinations,they were familiar with my pet and were glad to have her back. ok place. A little pushy on the recommendations, but overall pretty friendly staff and service. They tend to charge too much for prescriptions though.

I have always had the best experience here. The Doctors are very personable. The desk staff is very nice and knows me by my first name whenever I enter. I board my dog here frequently and they do a great job with that. Cannot imagine being treated poorly by anyone here unless I acted like an ass.

I have been taking my 2 dogs to Apple Valley Vets for years. I have always been happpy with the vet & have always paid my bill promptly. However, after my Bichon's recent surgery, I was accosted right in the waiting room by the office manager who accused me of planning to skip out on paying my bill! When I discussed this with the doctor, he simply asked me to let him know where he should send the dog's records. I was shocked and offended to the core. I will never return.

I was struck with an emergency with my pomeranian a week ago.Being new to the area I rushed her to Apple Vally Vet. The Vets and the assistants were so friendly and took the time to make sure I knew what was going on.My pom had to stay over night but the vet called 3 time to give me updates on how she was.The prices are decent considering it was an emergency.I recieved a thank you note with a gift certificate from the vets office yesterday which amazed me.There are great people at Apple Vally Vet!
