Having lived with RA for over 25 years, I have had my fair share of experiences with rheumatologists and staff. I have never had such a bad experience as I did with Sacramento Rheumatology Consultants.

I was the patient of Dr. Weisner. While the doctor was ok, his staff is incompetent. It is clear that he has too many patients as it takes over a month (many times much longer) to get an appointment. When dealing with his staff for a referrel, his office manager clearly did not understand insurance protocols.

Also, do not rely on staff to pass information or communicate with eachother as I have called the office on three different occasions only to find out that not once had my message been forwarded.

Overall, this is a poorly ran clinic with incompetent staff. I have since moved to another physician and I would highly recommend Dr. Romea in South Sacramento. His staff is responsive and the doctor is much easier to access. This office is worth the short drive.

My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Wiesner for 20 years. We live in Redding and could not get anyone to diagnose my daughters condition. After a couple of appointments and lab work she was diagnosed wityh Lupus. She is doing very well, as had 2 children and is relatively heathy. I recommend Dr. Wiesner to people all the time and I trust him completely. He is awesome.

Horrible office staff; bad policies to make appointments that are automatically canceled if you miss their verification phone call during business hours the day prior to appt.
