Recently went to this store to purchase a used monitor. I thought mine had gone bad. The sales staff was real friendly and helpful. They even carried the monitor out to the car for me. It turned out that the problem was not my monitor and the store took the monitor back and refunded my money no questions asked.
I enjoy reading the classified section of this newspaper. They have a section in which miscellaneous items are listed for sale $100 and under for free. You can place up to 4 free ads per month. This is a great tool to utilized to get rid of unwanted items and to make some extra cash. I have placed a few ads and they work real well. I got a lot of calls.
This is a true thrift store. The prices are very thrifty. A major downfall of this store is that is is very cramped and there is very little parking. You can find some real bargains if you are willing to search for a place to park and work your way through the store.
I do enjoy shopping at Kohls when they have sales and shopping for the clearance items. Their merchandise seems to be better quality than that of Kmart or Walmart. The lines can be quite long especially around the holidays. You usually can find just the right gift here for birthdays and holidays and quite often those items are on sale.
The store in general has good prices. Although if you comparison shop on some items you can find them cheaper elsewhere. The store has small isles and has a cluttered appearance to it. The parking is not sufficient either. You can get some great bargains when you buy some of their clearance items.
If you like good mexican food at a good price I would suggest you give this restaurant a try. Thier lunch menu is great and has great prices. They also have lunch special during the week that I dont think you can beat anywhere else. The restaurant is not very big but the service is great.
This is the only Goodwill store that I know of around this area where everything is 99 cents and under. What a bargain. I wish that all of the Goodwill stores were priced like this. The books are a great bargain. They cost half of what they do at other Goodwills.
This is a must see if you live in or around this area or are traveling through. The cost for admission into the museum is free. It really is a neat interpretive center. You also can take a walk outside to look at and walk up the mounds. Take advantage of this free attraction!
This discount furniture warehouse has a lot of items to choose from. You could definately furnish your whole home here. I thought the customer service was less than good. Their staff was slow to help and wasnt much help when it came time for us to try and get credit to buy a couch there. Needless to say we bought a couch at another place. We probably will not visit again.
If you need to do alot of shopping this is the place to go. You can do your grocery shopping, pick up prescriptions, have your nails done, get a haircut, get some new tires for your vehicle. The downfall of shopping here is that it tends to be very crowded and you more than likely will have to park far from the store entrance.
