This may seem weird, but we did not have Bar-B-Q at the Bar-B-Q Barn. I went to Harrisburg for a wedding, and the Bar-B-Q Barn made the cake. I thought it was pretty funny, but truth be told, the cake was very good.
This is a hometown grocery store. If you don't want to go to one of the big box stores, this is the one for you. Good meat and produce. Very friendly checkers.
I too love the chicken fried steak at Clancy's. It is perfectly cooked with a great gravy. My wife had the fish and chips which were also delicious. The servers were friendly and prompt.
This is the place to go if you are looking to turn one meal into two. The portions are huge!! Even with the huge portions, the prices are very reasonable. Good homestyle food.
This coffee shop brews up a great cup of joe. They also offer all sorts of espresso drinks and smoothies. If you are hungry, they have pastries that can be purchased.
This bakery has some traditional Danish pastries. They are made fresh daily and there is some good variety. We got some to go to take home, but they never made it.
This is a good restaurant to bring a family. There is something on the menu for everyone. The quality of the food was in line with the price. Nothing that made me jump out of my seat, but pretty good.
This restaurant offers the best of both worlds, good food and good service. The wait staff will sit with you when taking your order and call you cousin. The prices aren't bad and they serve large portions of homestyle food.
Buster's BBQ does a pretty good job. Every once in a while, the ribs are as tender as I would like. The brisket is always delicious, as is the chicken.
This is a nice restaurant for seafood. I have had many dishes from here. One of my favorites is the seafood stew that they put in a sour dough bread bowl.
