Bronco's is now the only country bar downtown. I am a country fan so enjoy going to Bronco's. However, it is not the cleanest bar downtown and usually has an older crowd present.
Jeff and Jim's has great pizza. They offer hand tossed or thin crust. I personally love the thin crust. They are known for their 2 for 1 deal. Every pizza you order comes with another one of the same size. Great for parties!
Who's on Third is well known for their "Fish Bowl"! They serve different varieties of drinks in a large fish bowl. It is a great place to go with a group of friends!
Long Horn Saloon just closed and became the State Room. This is one of my favorite bars in downtown La Crosse because it is smoke free. They also have a dance floor area that is very fun!
The Wilde Syde is a very fun bar for a small town. They have great, friendly owners and a clean facility. They also offer events such as Bingo and others. Very fun!
Shimmy's is a very fun towny bar. My roommates and I have gone there many times to have a few drinks and appetizers. They also have very reasonable prices.
I was surprised by how big Three Rivers Outdoors was. They have an amazing selection. I am not outdoors often, but it was fun to look through their store and I found things to purchase anyways!
RCC is a great place to purchase all of your western wear. They have a great selection of boots for all genders and ages. Although I have never been able to find pants long enough in the store, they are willing to check other stores or order them for you. Their staff is also very helpful.
Although Buke's Place is pretty small, they have a great bar and good food. I have been to many birthday parties thrown there and have always had a good time.
I have been into Reel Fishing and Tackle a few times with my boyfriend. Although I don't know much about tackle, I do know that he is often very impressed and could spend hours in there searching through their large selection of tackle!
