I definitely recommend ADT to anyone considering home security ?? and don??t wait for a crime to happen first like we did!

When our minivan was broken into in the middle of the day, we realized it was time to get a security system before someone got into our house and stole something more valuable or our kids were threatened. We didn??t realize that ADT offered video surveillance products too and we added a camera so that we could confirm that our teenagers got home safely after their school activities.

I live in Minnesota but my mother (she??s 87) lives in Florida. She??s had a lot of medical problems but is still pretty much independent and refuses to go into an assisted living home. Still I didn??t feel comfortable with her all alone there and I looked into services that could fix the problem and ADT seemed to offer the best combination for the best price. I don??t have to worry about an intruder getting in and she can call for an ambulance from her emergency pendant no matter where she is in the house! I am so glad we found ADT!

Sometimes people have to make choices and the best for a home security is ADT. I am a loyal customer for 5 years now and I agree that there are times that they fell short on their services. But what company does not faults anyway? there is none. ADT is very reliable and always fuctional.
