Dr. Dang is always friendly and kind when she enters the room. She makes sure you are comfortable and really listens to any problems identified during the appointment.
Five times cancelling an appointment less than two hours before the appointment is inexcusable. The receptionist needs to learn to smile. Her customer service skills are terrible.
